🎓 Educational Qualifications

Team Leader (All Categories):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from recognized university
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in high-rise buildings, water/irrigation/harbour projects
  • For Safety Role: OSHA or NEBOSH certification mandatory
  • For QC Role: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification required

Project Engineer (Civil & MEP):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in building/water supply/coastal/irrigation/harbour projects

Junior Engineer (Degree Holders):

  • Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience

Junior Engineer (Diploma Holders):

  • Full-time Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
