🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
1. Project Assistant:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University
- At least 1 year post-qualification work experience in a research or academic laboratory
- Desirable: Familiarity with laboratory instruments and consumables
2. Lab Attendant:
- 12th from a recognized board
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant field
3. Project Technical Support-III:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences from recognized university OR
- B.Sc./B.Tech in Life Sciences with 2 years post-qualification experience
- Desirable: Proficiency in bioinformatics analyses for metagenomes, whole genomes, and Nanostring
4. Research Officer:
- M.Sc. in Clinical Research, M.Pharm/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Clinical Research focus), MPH, Health & Hospital Management, or M.Sc. in Epidemiology/Pharmacology/Nursing/Allied Health Sciences with research methodology exposure
- Desirable: 3 years experience in clinical research and development
5. Technical Officer-II:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences from recognized university
- At least 4 years post-qualification experience in vaccine development, recombinant protein purification, serology assays, virus neutralization, pseudovirus generation
- Desirable: Proficiency in ELISA and cell-based assays
6. Quality Assurance Associate:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- 3 years post-qualification experience implementing and maintaining QMS in clinical trial/bioanalytical/diagnostic laboratories
- Knowledge of GCP, GLP, NABL/ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
7. Technical Officer-I:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience in vaccine development, recombinant protein purification, serology assays
- Desirable: Proficiency in ELISA and cell-based assays
8. Documentation Officer:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience in documentation control and management in clinical trial/bioanalytical/diagnostic laboratories
- Desirable: Knowledge of GCP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory documentation practices
9. Senior Lab Assistant:
- B.Sc. from recognized university with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in research lab OR
- Three years DMLT with 5 years post-qualification experience in research lab
10. Lab Technician:
- B.Sc. in Life Sciences from recognized university OR
- Three years DMLT with 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field in research/diagnostic laboratory or biotech company
