🎓 Educational Qualifications
Teaching Posts:
Professor:
- Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s/Master’s level
- 10 years teaching/research/industry experience (3 years as Associate Professor equivalent)
- Minimum 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE approved journals
- At least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor
Associate Professor:
- Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s/Master’s level
- 8 years experience (2 years post-Ph.D.)
- Minimum 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE approved journals
Assistant Professor:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in concerned/relevant subject
- NET/SLET/SET qualified (UGC/CSIR) OR Ph.D. holders (as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016) are exempted from NET
Non-Teaching Posts:
System Analyst / Assistant Librarian:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in Computer Science/Library Science
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 55% marks OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 55% + 2 years experience
Lab Technician:
- Bachelor’s degree with Microbiology/Botany/Statistics/Chemistry/Physics/Zoology as main subject
Assistant / Typist:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Driver:
- Higher Secondary (10+2) Certificate
- Valid driving license (Light Motor – 5 years, Heavy Motor – 3 years)

🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be conducted as per Gujarat Public Universities Act 2023, Gujarat Public Universities Uniform Statutes 2024, UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE Regulations 2019, NCTE Regulations 2014, and MKBU Ordinance-1 for direct recruitment.
