Essential: PhD in relevant field with:

  • M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg)/MS/M.Sc: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5
  • AND/OR B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg): Minimum 65% or CGPA 6.84
  • AND/OR B.Sc: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5

For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Post Codes 04-11):

Essential:

  • M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization: Minimum 60% or CGPA/CPI 6.5
  • AND B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline: Minimum 65% or CGPA/CPI 6.84

For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Post Codes 12-16):

Essential:

  • M.Sc in relevant field: Minimum 65% or CGPA 6.84
  • AND B.Sc in relevant discipline: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5

Two-Stage Process:

Stage 1: Written Test
