🎓 Educational Qualifications Required
For Electrical Position:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute
- Course duration must be at least 3 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in operation/maintenance of Electrical Systems
For Mechanical Position:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute
- Course duration must be at least 3 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in operation/maintenance of Mechanical Systems
- Preferably someone with experience in the Petroleum Industry
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience in port operations or related maritime industries
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi languages
💰 Salary / Stipend Details (Per Month)

A: Initial period is 2 years. It can be extended for an additional 2 years based on performance. No further extension is possible. Performance review happens every 6 months.
Q: Will I get a salary while training?
A: Yes, the consolidated salary of ₹40,000/month is for the full engagement period including any initial training.
Q: Can I do another job while working as an Intern?
A: No. MPA requires full-time commitment. You’re not permitted to take up any other assignment during your employment as a Jr. Professional Intern.
Q: Will I get an experience certificate?
A: Yes, provided you complete at least 1 year of engagement. A certificate of successful completion will be issued in the specified format.
Q: What about medical emergencies?
A: Basic OPD and IPD treatment is provided at MPA hospital. However, you won’t be referred outside for treatment. Family members don’t get medical benefits.
Q: Can I apply for both Electrical and Mechanical positions?
A: You can apply for only ONE position in ONE financial year. Apply once only.
Q: Is this a permanent job?
A: No, it’s a contractual position for 2 years (extendable to 4 years). At the end of contract, services can be terminated by either party.
Q: What happens if I leave before completing 1 year?
A: No experience certificate will be issued if you don’t complete at least 1 year of service.
