Special Note: This is an exclusive opportunity for women who are active members of Self Help Groups (SHG) in Kanpur Dehat district.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
✅ Must be a woman member of a Self Help Group (SHG)
✅ Minimum 10th class pass from a recognized board
✅ Physically and mentally healthy to operate drones
✅ Willing to go out for training (training will be provided on drone operation)
Note: Priority will be given to candidates with a proven track record in their SHG activities and community engagement.

As on notification date:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 50 years

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted by the District-level Selection Committee through a three-stage process:
Stage 1: Desk Review
- Verification of application forms and attached documents
- Initial screening based on eligibility criteria
Stage 2: Shortlisting
- Candidates meeting eligibility will be shortlisted
- Shortlist will be completed by 16 February 2026
Stage 3: Personal Interview
- Final selection through interview on 20 February 2026
- Assessment of candidate’s willingness, capability, and communication skills
Final Result: Will be declared on 24 February 2026
Important: The complete authority for selection rests with the District-level Selection Committee.
