🎓 Educational Qualifications
The eligibility depends on the position you’re applying for:
- For Technical Positions: You need a 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering field from a recognized institute
- For HR/Accountant Roles: You need a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from an approved university
- For Data Entry Operator: You need to have passed 12th standard (minimum qualification)

- You must have already passed your final exams by 31st January 2026 (cut-off date)
- Your qualification should be from full-time regular courses only (distance/correspondence education is not accepted)

How candidates are selected:
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates are ranked based on the percentage of marks scored in their qualifying examination (diploma/degree)
- Higher marks = Better chance of selection
- In case of same marks: The older candidate (by date of birth) gets preference
- Tie-breaker: If date of birth is also same, marks in 10th/12th are considered
