🎓 Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

• Basic Education: Matriculation (10th Pass)
• Technical Qualification: NAC/NTC (National Apprenticeship Certificate/National Trade Certificate) issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) from Government/Private (Government affiliated) institutes or Government ITI

Preferred Trade:

• AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) – Candidates with AOCP (NCVT) will be given preference

• Ordnance Factories training/experience in manufacturing and handling military explosives and ammunition

Training: Selected candidates will undergo compulsory in-house training on safe handling of explosives, safety norms, and Do’s & Don’ts as per factory requirements.

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Basic Pay: ₹19,900 + DA (Dearness Allowance as per Central Government rates)

Additional Benefits:

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on marks secured in NCVT (cut-off decided by factory management)
2. Trade Test/Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for trade test via email
3. Merit List Preparation:
   • Weightage: NCVT marks 80% + Trade Test marks 20%
   • Final merit list will be prepared based on combined marks
4. Document Verification: Candidates will be called in merit order for verification of original documents
