🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Senior Resident (Under Residency Scheme):
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council, Medical Council of India, or any State Medical Council
- Special Provision: Candidates with only MBBS and 2 years of experience (including 1 year in the concerned specialty from a government/private hospital) may be appointed on a one-year contract
- For super-specialty departments, candidates from parent broad specialty may be considered as per NMC guidelines if MCh/DM candidates are not available
For Full Time Contractual Specialist:
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university
- Experience Required:
- 3 years post PG Degree experience, OR
- 5 years post PG Diploma experience
- Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council, Medical Council of India, or any State Medical Council

Important Points to Remember
- These are purely contractual positions with no claim for regularization or absorption in ESIC
- Private practice of any kind is not allowed for full-time contractual engagements
- Selected candidates must deposit ₹10,000 (refundable after completion of tenure) at the time of joining
- An agreement on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper must be signed at joining
- No hostel accommodation, quarters, or uniform will be provided
- Candidates currently employed must bring a No Objection Certificate from their current employer
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
- Absence for 15 days without permission will be treated as abandonment of engagement
- Experience certificate will not be issued if a candidate resigns within 6 months
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining
