🎓 Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Academic: Senior Secondary (12th pass) from a recognized Board or equivalent examination

Computer Qualification (Any One of the following)

• O Level or higher certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT
• Certificate Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) by NIELIT, New Delhi
• COPA/DPCS certificate under National/State Council of Vocational Training
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Application from recognized institution
• 12th with Computer Science/Application as a subject
• Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from recognized polytechnic
• RSCIT from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation)
• Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by government

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script

🎯 Selection Process

Phase I – Written Examination (Offline OMR Based)

Two Papers (100 marks each, 3 hours each):

1. Paper 1: General Knowledge, Daily Science, and Mathematics
2. Paper 2: General Hindi and English

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General Category: 40% in each paper
• SC/ST Category: 35% in each paper

Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deduction for each wrong answer

Phase II – Computer Typing Test

For Non-Disabled Candidates Only:

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General Category: 36% in each test
• SC/ST Category: 31% in each test

Note: Disabled candidates will be awarded average marks obtained in Phase I.

Final Merit: Only candidates scoring 40% in both Phase I papers and ranking within 3 times the vacancies will be called for Phase II. Final selection based on combined marks of both phases.
