🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) & Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA):
- Class XII pass certificate from a recognized Board/Institution
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute on computer (10,500 KDPH)
For Driver:
- Class X/ITI or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution
- Valid Driving License (required during Driving Test)
Service Requirements:
For LDC/JSA:
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 8 years of regular service in the grade, OR
- Skilled Contingency Staff: 12 years of continuous service
For Driver:
- Contingency skilled driver: 10 years of service, OR
- Handyman: 6 years of regular service
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
Pay Matrix Level: Level-4
Salary Range: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month
This pay scale applies to all three positions: LDC, JSA, and Driver.
🎯 Selection Process
For LDC & JSA Posts:
Stage 1 – Written Examination (200 Marks, 2 Hours)
- General Awareness: 50 marks (25 questions × 2 marks)
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: 50 marks (25 questions × 2 marks)
- Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 50 marks (25 questions × 2 marks)
- English Language & Comprehension: 50 marks (25 questions × 2 marks)
Stage 2 – Skill Test
- Typing Speed Test: 35 words per minute on computer (Qualifying only)
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 33% aggregate in written exam
For Driver Post:
Stage 1 – Written Examination (200 Marks, 2 Hours)
- General Awareness: 25 marks (10 questions × 2.5 marks)
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 marks (10 questions × 2.5 marks)
- Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: 25 marks (10 questions × 2.5 marks)
- English Language: 25 marks (10 questions × 2.5 marks)
- Technical Paper: 100 marks (50 questions × 2 marks)
Stage 2 – Driving Test (Qualifying nature)
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 33% in both Common Paper and Technical Paper separately
