🎯 Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection with the following marking scheme:
For Medical Officer (Blood Service):
- MBBS Marks: 80 marks (proportionate)
- PG Degree: 10 marks
- PG Diploma: 5 marks
- Experience: 10 marks (@2 marks per completed year, up to 10 marks)
For All Specialist Posts:
- MBBS Marks: 80 marks (proportionate)
- PG Degree: 10 marks
- PG Diploma: 5 marks
- Experience: 10 marks (@2 marks per completed year, up to 10 marks)
Total Marks: 100
Note:
- FMG (Foreign Medical Graduate) Examination scores will be considered equivalent to final MBBS examination
- Percentage of marks calculated up to 2 decimal points
- Merit list will be prepared category-wise

Maximum Age: Not more than 67 years
Age Relaxation: As per Government of West Bengal norms for reserved categories
