Community Health Assistant (CHA)-Urban:

• Must have passed ANM or GNM course from recognized institute
• Registered with West Bengal Nursing Council
• Proficient in Bengali language
• Must be permanent resident of North 24 Parganas district

Medical Officer-XV-FC:

• MBBS from MCI recognized institute
• Completed one year compulsory internship
• Registered under West Bengal Medical Council (WBMC)
• Weightage given for higher qualifications (PG Degree/Diploma)

Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC):

• Completed GNM training OR B.Sc Nursing from recognized institute
• Registered under West Bengal Nursing Council
• Proficiency in local language (Bengali)

Counsellor-Polyclinic:

• Graduation in Social Science
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluency in local languages
• Minimum 2 years experience in Health/Social Sector

Preferential:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology
• Experience in counselling activities

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Note: All salaries are consolidated (no additional allowances)

🎯 Selection Process

Selection will be based on marks/scoring system:

Community Health Assistant (CHA)-Urban:

• 100 marks – Based on academic marks in qualifying examination (ANM/GNM)

Medical Officer-XV-FC:

• Academic marks in final MBBS: 80 marks
• PG Degree: 10 marks
• PG Diploma: 5 marks (Maximum 10 marks for PG qualifications)
• Experience: 10 marks
• Total: 100 marks

Staff Nurse (Polyclinic/UHWC):

• 100 marks – Based on percentage of marks in qualifying examination (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)

Counsellor-Polyclinic:

• Educational Qualification (Class X to Post Graduation): 40 marks
• Post-qualification Experience: 10 marks
• Written Test: 50 marks
• Total: 100 marks

Note: Merit list will be prepared based on total marks scored. Document verification is mandatory for final selection.

⏳ Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC-A/OBC-B candidates: 3 years
• PWD candidates: 10 years
