🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Specialists:
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university
- Experience Required:
- 3 years after PG Degree, OR
- 5 years after PG Diploma
For Senior Residents:
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university
- OR 2 years of experience in the concerned department (for non-PG candidates)
For Super Specialist:
- Post-Graduation qualification in the concerned specialty
- DM/M.Ch in the concerned Super Specialty from a recognized university
- Must be registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
💰 Salary Details (per month)
- Salary will be as per Central Government rules adopted by ESIC
- Payment on “No Work No Pay” basis
- For Super Specialist: Consolidated Remuneration as per ESIC orders dated 13.04.2022 and 02.02.2021

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions
- Tenure: Initial contract for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and requirement
- Security Deposit: Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) to be submitted at the time of joining
- Agreement: Required on Rs. 100/- stamp paper (cost borne by candidate)
- Professional Indemnity Policy: Mandatory (Rs. 10-30 lakhs coverage based on specialty)
- No Claims: No claim for regular appointment, PF, Pension, Gratuity, etc.
- Facilities: No hostel/quarters/uniform provided
- TA/DA: No travel allowance for interview or joining
- Part-time Specialists: Minimum 16 hours per week, no leave entitlement
- Preference: Full-time specialists will be preferred; part-time only if full-time not available
- Reservation: As per Central Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD
