The selection involves two main stages:
STAGE-I: Stenography Skill Test (Qualifying)
This stage tests your actual stenography and typing skills:
1. Shorthand Test:
- Speed test as per your post requirement
- Must complete dictation at prescribed speed
- Computer-based (Kruti Dev 10 font for Hindi, Arial for English)
2. Transcription Test:
- Type out the shorthand you wrote above
- Must meet transcription speed requirement

STAGE-II: Written Examination
