🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualification:

💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
GDS personnel receive Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with annual increments:

🎯 Selection Process
Merit-based Selection:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on a system-generated merit list
- Merit determined by marks obtained in 10th standard (aggregated to 4 decimal points)
- For grade-based marksheets, multiplication factor of 9.5 will be applied
Tie-breaking Criteria:
- Date of Birth (older candidate gets preference)
- Category-wise priority order
Physical Verification:
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification
- Conducted by Divisional/Unit Head where the post is located
- System-generated ‘Offer of provisional engagement’ issued after successful verification

💡 Important Points to Remember
- Working Hours: GDS work for minimum 4 hours to maximum 5 hours per day
- Not Regular Employees: GDS are not regular employees; governed by GDS (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2020
