🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Specialists (Full-Time & Part-Time):

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution approved by the National Medical Council or Medical Council of India
• Post-Graduation qualification in the relevant specialty: Either a PG Degree (MD/MS) or Diploma (DNB) from a recognized institution approved by the National Medical Council, Medical Council of India, or National Board of Examinations
• Active Registration: Must be registered with the Medical Council of India
• Experience Requirements:
  • Either 3 years of experience after acquiring your PG Degree, OR
  • 5 years of experience after acquiring your PG Diploma in the relevant specialty

For Senior Residents (3-Year Contract):

💰 Stipend / Salary Details (Per Month)

Full-Time Specialists:

• Junior Specialist (Level 11, with 3 years experience post PG): ₹1,31,880 per month + transport allowance with dearness allowance (DA) as per rules
• Senior Specialist (Level 12, with 5 years experience post PG): ₹1,53,502 per month + transport allowance with dearness allowance as per rules

Part-Time Specialists (Without Emergency Call Case):

• ₹60,000 per month for 16 hours per week (maximum 4 hours per day)
• Additional ₹15,000 per month if opted for emergency call duties
• Extra ₹800 per hour for any additional work beyond 16 hours per week (subject to Medical Superintendent/Dean approval)

Senior Residents (3-Year Contract Basis):

• Pay Band 3, Level 11: ₹67,700 per month plus other allowances (DA, HRA, NPA, TA, etc.) as applicable under Government of India rules
