Important Salary Details:

70% of consolidated pay is treated as Basic Pay for calculating statutory benefits like PF (Provident Fund) and Gratuity

Contract Nature: This is a purely contractual position with NO guarantee of regular/permanent employment after contract completion

Extension: Extension to the 3rd year depends on organizational requirement and your individual performance


🎯 Selection Process

The selection happens in 3 stages:

Stage 1: Written Test

  • Format: Computer-Based Test (CBT) or Pen & Paper based test
  • Subjects: 25% General Aptitude + 75% Subject/Trade-Specific questions
  • Duration & Marks: As per official notification (to be released)
  • Passing Marks:
    • General/EWS: Minimum 40%
    • SC/ST/PwBD/OBC: Minimum 35%

Stage 2: Document Verification

  • Shortlisted candidates from written test (typically in 1:5 ratio based on marks) will be called
  • Bring all original documents

    • Educational certificates & mark sheets

    • Experience certificates

Stage 3: Group Discussion & Personal Interview
