During Training (1 Year as Management Trainee):

Stage 1: Written Examination
Format: Subjective type professional knowledge test
- Total Marks: 100 marks
- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- Exam Centers: Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Guwahati
Exam Content:
- Part I: Financial Statement Analysis (Compulsory) – 40 marks
- Part II: Choose any 6 out of 8 questions – 60 marks

Stage 2: Personal Interview
- Candidates shortlisted based on written exam will be called for interview

Q: What’s the difference between this job and a regular bank job?
A: This is a structured 1-year training program. You work as Management Trainee, and after passing, you become Deputy Manager permanently.
Q: Can I apply with just a graduation degree?
