For Professor Position:

You’ll need either Option A or Option B:

Option A – Academic Excellence Route:

• Possess a Ph.D. in your subject or allied area
• Have published work of outstanding quality
• Minimum 10 peer-reviewed research papers in reputed/UGC-listed journals
• Achieve a research score of 120+ (based on prescribed criteria)
• Minimum 10 years teaching experience as Assistant/Associate/Professor in universities or equivalent research positions
• Proven record of guiding doctoral candidates successfully

Option B – Outstanding Professional Route:

• Hold a Ph.D. from a recognized institution
• Have made significant contributions to your field (backed by documentary proof)
• Possess 10 years of professional experience in academia or industry

For Associate Professor Position:

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade)
• Ph.D. degree in your subject, relevant, or allied discipline
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience at Assistant Professor level or higher
• At least 7 peer-reviewed publications in recognized journals
• Achieve research score of 75+ (based on prescribed criteria)

For Assistant Professor Position:

The salary structure follows the 7th Pay Commission with attractive remuneration:

• Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 1,44,200 – Rs. 2,18,200 per month

Associate Professor

• Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 1,31,400 – Rs. 2,17,100 per month
