Senior Manager (F&A) – 13 Posts Experienced finance leader role requiring CA/ICWA qualification with 7+ years post-qualification experience. Responsibilities include financial planning, audit management, and strategic finance decisions.

Manager (F&A) – 25 Posts Mid-level finance professional position for CA/ICWA graduates or B.Com+MBA(Finance) professionals with 3+ years experience. Handles accounts management, financial analysis, and compliance.

Deputy Manager (F&A) – 82 Posts Entry to mid-level position for CA/ICWA/M.Com or B.Com+MBA(Finance) graduates with 1+ year experience. Manages routine accounting, financial documentation, and reporting.

For Senior Manager (F&A)

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Final Passed OR ICWA (CMA) Final Passed
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit
  • Experience gained after acquiring essential qualification only counts
  • Degree/Diploma must be from Government of India recognized institute/university

For Manager (F&A)

For External Candidates:

  • CA Final Passed OR ICWA (CMA) Final Passed
  • Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit

For MAHADISCOM Internal Employees:

  • B.Com + MBA (Finance) OR M.Com (with relevant experience)
  • Minimum experience as per internal norms

For Deputy Manager (F&A)

  • CA Final Passed OR ICWA (CMA) Final Passed OR M.Com OR
  • B.Com + MBA (Finance)
