🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualification for All Posts:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution
Experience Requirements:
For Chief General Manager / General Manager:
- 25 years experience for CGM level
- 20 years experience for GM level
- Must have extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, metro rail construction, elevated structures, or underground construction
- Experience in project management, contract management, and team leadership essential
For Additional GM / Joint GM / Deputy GM:
- 17 years for AGM level
- 15 years for JGM level
- 13 years for DGM level
- Experience in metro rail projects, viaduct construction, tunnel boring, underground stations, or major bridge projects
- Sound knowledge of construction planning, quality control, and safety management
For Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager:
- 7 years for Manager level
- 5 years for Deputy Manager level
- 2 years for Assistant Manager level
- Experience in civil construction of viaducts, tunnels, bridges, underground metro stations
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques, materials, and quality standards
Preferred Experience: Metro Rail/MRTS projects, Urban Infrastructure, Elevated Corridors, Underground Tunneling (TBM/NATM method)

Positions are offered on consolidated pay basis with the following monthly remuneration:
