🎓 Educational Qualifications

Category-1 (16 Posts):

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduation with background in Material Management
  • Master’s Degree / PGDM in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Experience Required:

  • With Master’s Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • With Graduation only: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Experience Areas:

  • Materials planning & inventory control
  • Vendor management & development
  • Supply chain management
  • Logistics management
  • Procurement & stores organization
  • Import clearance procedures
  • Transportation & insurance
  • Taxation (GST, Customs, etc.)

Preferred:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Civil Engineering with background in Management
  • Master’s Degree / PGDM in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Experience Required:

  • With Master’s Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • With B.Tech/B.E. only: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Experience Areas:

  • Purchase activities & bid hosting
  • GeM Portal operations
  • Vendor correspondence
  • Tender preparation & processing
  • Technical & commercial evaluation
  • GST documentation
  • Contractor verification

Preferred:

  • Government procurement experience
  • GeM Portal expertise

Qualifying Marks:

  • General/EWS/OBC: Minimum 60% aggregate in primary qualification
  • SC/ST: Minimum 50% aggregate (for reserved positions)

💰 Salary Details (per month)

The consolidated monthly emolument increases year-on-year:

Selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation:

A. Qualification 20 marks 20% of aggregate percentage in Graduation/Post-Graduation
B. Experience 30 marks • 15 marks for initial 3 years
• 5 marks for each additional year
• Maximum 30 marks
C. Personal Interview 50 marks Assessment of knowledge, skills & suitability

Final Selection: Based on total marks (A+B+C)

  • Apprenticeship (maximum 1 year) counts as experience
  • Academic internships and project work do NOT count as experience
  • Experience cutoff date: Date of selection
