🎓 Educational Qualifications

Education requirements vary by position. Here’s what you need:

Teaching Positions:

Professor of Law (Regular):

• Qualification as per UGC Regulations 2018 for Professor position
• Experience as prescribed under UGC Regulations 2018
• Publications required in hard copy format

Assistant Professor of Law (Contractual):

• Qualification as per UGC Regulations 2018 for Assistant Professor position
• Teaching/research experience as per UGC Regulations 2018
• Documentation of research papers and publications

Non-Teaching Positions:

Registrar (Tenure Basis):

• Must be an academic person in law, not below the rank of Professor
• API Score Form (prescribed) must be filled and uploaded
• All publications required in hard copy (cover page, ISSN/ISBN, authorial page)

Assistant Registrar (Regular):

• Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent Grade B in UGC seven-point scale
• Either: 5 years experience as Section Officer/Superintendent Grade-II, OR 3 years teaching experience
• Good working knowledge of computer applications (mandatory)
• Desirable: M.Tech, M.Phil, Ph.D, MBA in Technical Education; Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh customs

Driver-cum-Office Attendant:

• 10th Pass
• Valid Light Vehicle/Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Knowledge of Hindi
• Preferably: 2 years driving experience

Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter:

• 10th Pass or equivalent
• 1-2 years Diploma in respective trade from recognized ITI

1. API Score Evaluation: For Registrar position, candidates evaluated based on API (Academic Performance Index) Score Form

4. Computer Knowledge Test: For Assistant Registrar position, working knowledge of computer applications tested
