🎓 Educational Qualifications Required

For Specialist Position (Full Time/Part Time):

• Must Have: PG Degree or PG Diploma in concerned medical specialty
• Registration: Must be registered with Medical Council of India (MCI)
• Preferred: PG Degree holders get preference over PG Diploma holders
• Experience Requirement:
  • PG Degree holders: Must have 3 years experience after completing PG Degree, OR
  • PG Diploma holders: Must have 5 years experience after completing PG Diploma

For Senior Resident Position (3-Year Scheme):

• Must Have: PG Degree or PG Diploma in concerned medical specialty
• Registration: Must be registered with Medical Council of India (MCI)
• Alternative: If PG holders not available, candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS in same specialty may be considered
• Important Note: Candidates who have already completed 3 years Senior Residency elsewhere are NOT eligible to apply

💰 Salary & Remuneration Details (Per Month)

Full-Time Specialist Salary:

Part-Time Specialist Salary:

• Basic Pay: ₹60,000/month for 16 hours per week (max 4 hours per day)
• Emergency Duty Option: Additional ₹15,000/month if opted for emergency visits/on-call duty
• Extra Hours: ₹800/hour for work beyond 16 hours (subject to approval)

Senior Resident Salary (3-Year Scheme):

Additional Benefits & Conditions:

• Leave: Full-time specialists get 4 days leave per month. Part-time specialists get NO leave.
• Security Deposit: ₹30,000 (via Demand Draft) – Refundable after contract completion with “No Dues Certificate”
• Contract Duration: 1 year or until regular staff joins, whichever comes first. Senior Residents can extend up to maximum 3 years.
• Indemnity Insurance: Required within 7 days – Minimum ₹30 lakhs (Anesthesia/Cardiac/Neuro surgeons), ₹20 lakhs (General surgeons/Gynecologists), ₹10 lakhs (Others)

Direct Walk-in Interview – No Written Test

The selection is simple and straightforward:

1. Reporting: Show up between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM at MS Office, ESIC Hospital
2. Document Verification: Your documents will be verified 1 hour before interview
3. Interview: Direct interview with hospital authorities and Medical Superintendent
4. Final Decision: Medical Superintendent will conduct interview and decide selections
5. Important: Those arriving after 11:00 AM will NOT be considered at all

📑 How to Appear for Walk-in Interview

Since this is a walk-in process, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

• Verify you have the required PG Degree/Diploma
• Confirm your years of experience match the requirement
• Check your age limit (69 years for Specialist, 45 years for Senior Resident)
• Ensure you’re registered with MCI

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

• Get photocopies made (all self-attested)

• Take 2 recent color passport-size photographs

Step 3: Travel to Venue
