The Indian Army Agniveer scheme offers positions across different categories:

🎯 Selection Process

The selection consists of two main phases:

Phase I: Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE)

  • Format: Computer-based test at designated centers
  • Dates: 01 June 2026 to 15 June 2026 (Tentative)
  • Admission: Based on admit card only
  • Eligibility: Provisionally shortlisted candidates
  • Duration: Single sitting exam

Phase II: Recruitment Rally

Shortlisted candidates from CEE attend the rally where the following assessments take place:

Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

  • 1.6 km Run: Must complete within 7 mins 45 secs (Excellent) or up to 8 mins 30 secs (Good)
  • Long Jump: 10 feet qualification required
  • High Jump: 3 feet qualification required

Note: Extra time allowed for hilly terrain with modified standards

Physical Measurement Test:

  • Height, chest expansion, and weight verification per BMI standards

Medical Examination:

  • Comprehensive health screening per Army standards
  • Assessment for physical and mental fitness
  • Detection of any disabilities affecting duty performance

Document Verification:
