🎓 Educational Qualifications & Eligibility
⚠️ Important: This recruitment is NOT open to all candidates.
Only candidates who are currently engaged as NHM contractual employees in the same post (Homeopathic / Ayurvedic MO) under the Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society (OSH & FW Society) in other districts of Odisha are eligible. They must be willing to transfer to Kendrapara district.
Candidates must possess the relevant AYUSH degree (BHMS for Homeopathic posts / BAMS for Ayurvedic posts) from a recognized university.
🎯 Selection Process
Selection is not based on a written exam. It follows a straightforward merit-based process:
- Walk-in Interview at the CDM & PHO office, Kendrapara on 24 Feb 2026
- Merit based on Incumbency — candidates with the longest uninterrupted service in the same NHM post (calculated as on 31 January 2026) will be given priority
- Process follows Mission Directorate, NHM Odisha guidelines
