The payment structure ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹2,55,000 per month based on the position:
- Construction Supervisor positions offer ₹60,000 monthly
- Field Engineer roles come with ₹90,000 per month
- Construction Manager posts provide ₹1,30,000 monthly
- Equipment Planning Expert receives the highest at ₹2,55,000 per month
🎯 Selection Process
The selection involves a two-stage process:
- Document Scrutiny: All applicants will undergo document verification where eligibility criteria are checked against original certificates
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an interview panel that evaluates technical skills, subject knowledge, relevant experience, and communication abilities
Note: Selected candidates’ CVs will be shared with the client, and final engagement letters will be issued only after client approval.
