🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) from a recognized university or institution.
💰 Stipend / Salary Details
Monthly Basic Pay: ₹23,340/-
This is the starting basic pay for degree holders. Additional allowances and benefits may apply as per company rules.
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages with the following weightage:
Written Examination – 60%
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS candidates
- Minimum qualifying marks: 45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates
Interview – 40%
- Technical & Professional Proficiency: 30%
- Personality, Communication & Competency: 10%
- Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for UR/EWS candidates
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates
Additional Selection Criteria:
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in 1:6 ratio (six times the number of vacancies)
- No minimum qualifying marks required in aggregate
- Interview can be given in Hindi or English
- Final appointment subject to medical fitness examination
- Educational qualifications and experience will be verified from original documents
⏳ Age Limit
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 30th November 2025)
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
