🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Both Posts: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Job Responsibilities
Assistant Manager:
- Manage and analyze MIS for Head Offices, Sub Offices, Branch Offices, and India Business Centres
- Conduct field visits to promote IPPB business through camps and events
- Resolve end-user queries on operations and device handling
- Assist in onboarding by allocating devices, SIM cards, and inventory
Junior Associate:
- Develop strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales
- Sell all banking products and services
- Identify and onboard individual business correspondents
- Organize sales campaigns in potential business areas
- Generate revenue through cross-selling at DOP outlets
💰 Stipend / Salary Details
Officers appointed on deputation/foreign service may choose either:
- Pay in the scale of the deputation post, OR
- Basic pay in parent cadre + deputation allowance + personal pay (if any)

🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit using the following criteria:
- Primary Basis: Percentage of marks in graduation (up to 2 decimal places)
- Tie-Breaker: Earlier date of birth
- Merit list will be prepared banking outlet-wise
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview
Important: Percentage must be calculated by dividing total marks obtained by aggregate maximum marks across all semesters/years. Rounding off is not acceptable.
