🎓 Educational Qualifications

The eligibility depends on which position you’re applying for:

Senior Assistant (Electronics) – 5 Posts

  • Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Radio Engineering from a recognized institute
  • Plus: 2 years of relevant work experience in electronics field

Junior Assistant (HR) – 2 Posts

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university
  • Plus: Typing speed of 30 words per minute (w.p.m) in English OR 25 w.p.m in Hindi
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office required

Junior Assistant (Fire Services) – 7 Posts

  • Either: 10th Pass + 3-year approved Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire Engineering (with minimum 50% marks)
  • OR: 12th Pass (Regular study) with minimum 50% marks

💰 Salary & Benefits (Per Month)

Senior Assistant (Electronics):

  • Pay Scale: ₹36,000 to ₹1,10,000 per month
  • This includes basic salary, allowances, and dearness allowance

Junior Assistant (HR) & Junior Assistant (Fire Services):

  • Pay Scale: ₹31,000 to ₹92,000 per month
  • Benefits include annual increments, medical insurance, and pension
