🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualifications (Post-wise):
Joint Director (IT)
- BE/B.Tech in IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science/Engineering or any other engineering field with relevant IT experience, OR MCA
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing IT operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Government IT projects
HMIS Manager (IT)
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent, OR
- MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management, OR
- Master’s in Public Health/MBBS/BDS
- 10+ years’ experience, preferably 2+ years in government projects
Project Manager (IT & Coordination)
- BE/B.Tech AND MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, OR Master’s in Public Health
- 6+ years’ experience
- 2+ years in government projects, preferably in social sector
IEC Expert (Coordination)
- Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Journalism/Social Work/Development
- 4+ years’ experience in knowledge management and IEC strategy
Grievance Redressal Officer
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/Master’s in Public Policy/Public Administration/BA-LLB/MBA (HR)
- 4+ years’ experience in Client Relationship Management
Business Analyst (IT)
- BE/B.Tech or MCA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Public Health
- 3+ years’ working experience in healthcare sector
Project Coordinators (Coordination & A&S)
- BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Public Health
- 3+ years’ working experience in healthcare sector
Desirable Qualifications:

🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation process:
Step 1: Preliminary Shortlisting

Step 2: Final Selection
- 80% weightage on Educational Qualifications:
- 50% for base qualification
- 30% for higher degrees/certifications
- 20% weightage on Interview:
- Viva voce
- Competency test in relevant field
- Computer proficiency assessment
Final Merit List:
- Based on total scores from qualification and interview
- Selected candidates must sign a contractual agreement
