Essential Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree: MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the relevant medical specialty from any recognized university or institute in India
- For DNB holders: Documentary proof of equivalence with MD/MS from your specialty board is required
- For Transfusion Medicine & Blood Bank: Must have MD (Transfusion Medicine & Blood Bank) or DNB in that specific discipline
- Valid registration with Medical Council (with active status)

The selection is done in 2-3 stages:
Stage 1: Document Verification
- Your educational certificates, degree, registration certificates will be verified

Stage 2: Interview and/or Written Test
- AIIMS Deoghar will conduct interview and/or written test as decided by the institute
