🎓 Educational Qualifications
- For Most Posts: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty from a recognized university (as per Central Residency Scheme)
- For Super-Specialty Posts: DM/MCh/DNB in the relevant discipline
- For Hospital Administration: MD (Hospital Administration) / Master’s in Hospital Administration (full-time, post-MBBS) / DNB (Hospital Administration)
- For Transfusion Medicine: MD/DNB in Transfusion Medicine, Immunohematology, or Blood Transfusion
- For Emergency/Trauma: MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Orthopedics, Surgery, Anesthesiology, or Pediatrics
Note: Candidates must have obtained the required qualification by the notification publication date.
💰 Salary Details (per month)
- Pay Band: Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600 (6th CPC)
- As per 7th CPC: Level 11 of Pay Matrix
- Additional: Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for eligible medical candidates
- Other Benefits: Allowances as per Central Government rules applicable in Kalyani, West Bengal
🎯 Selection Process
The selection involves two stages:
- Screening: Verification of applications and documents including qualifications, category certificates, experience, and age proof
- Personal Interview: Conducted in hybrid mode (online/offline) based on merit and suitability
- Merit List: Final selection based on interview performance. A waiting list will be maintained for future vacancies.

Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
