🎓 Educational Qualifications
Project Scientist (Team Lead) – 2 Posts
Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Avionics/Aerospace/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation/Communication Engineering or equivalent
- OR M.E/M.S (Engg) in relevant fields with 8+ years’ experience in Drone/Defence/Similar sector
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of Drone Rules and Regulations
- Experience in leading drone-related projects or heading related organization
- Technical management and networking capability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset

Desired Qualification:

Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer:
- M.E/M.Tech or Ph.D. in Mechanical/Production/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics with 2+ years’ experience
- OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
- Strong background in CAD/CAE, CFD, thermal & aerodynamic analysis
UAV System Engineer:
- M.E/M.S (Engg) in Navigation/Avionics/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics/Communication with 2+ years’ experience
- OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
- Vast knowledge in UAV control systems, navigation, guidance and control
BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
1. Application Screening

- Selected candidates are encouraged to pursue M.S (by Research)/Ph.D (by Research) while working
