🎓 Educational Qualifications
Cluster Programme Manager Bachelor’s degree in Medical/Allied Health Sciences OR Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Science, Psychology, Applied Epidemiology, Demography, or Statistics. Requires 3 years work experience (2 years at supervisory level).
Deputy Director Posts (BSD/CST/LS/SI)
- BSD: MBBS OR Bachelor’s in Medical Sciences OR PG Diploma in Preventive/Social Medicine OR MBA in Health Management OR Master’s in Psychology/Social Work/Medical Microbiology. Requires 5 years public health experience.
- CST: University degree in Medical Sciences OR Master’s/Diploma in Public Health OR Master’s in Social Science/Psychology/Clinical Psychology. Requires 5 years health sector experience.
- LS: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry) OR B.Tech (Biotechnology). Requires 5 years for M.Sc or 3 years with PhD.
- SI: Bachelor in Medical Sciences + MD/DNB (Community Medicine) OR Master’s in Public Health/Epidemiology. Requires 5 years public health experience.
Assistant Director Posts (BSD/CST) MBA in Health Management OR Master’s in Public Health/Health Administration OR Master’s in Social Sciences/Psychology/Medical Microbiology. Requires 3 years public health experience.
Technical Officer B.Sc. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences with 5 years laboratory experience (2 years for M.Sc/B.Tech).
