Multi-Phase Competitive Merit-Based Selection:
Phase 1: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – 40 Marks

- Long Jump: Minimum 335 cm distance (3 chances given, Max 20 marks)
For Female Candidates:

Phase 2: Written Test
For Forester Grade-I (100 Marks):
