This is a Departmental Promotion Examination with 4 papers to test your knowledge and skills:

Paper I: General Accounts (With Books)

• Test your understanding of general accounting principles

Paper II: Fundamental Rules & Treasury Rules (Without Books)

• Knowledge of Fundamental Rules, Subsidiary Rules, Financial Rules, and Treasury Rules
• Requires memorization and understanding of government regulations

Paper III: Commercial Book Keeping (Without Books)

• Based on Charter’s Advance Accounts, 4th Edition
• Practical application of accounting principles

Paper IV: Constitution of India & Public Finance (Without Books)

• Constitutional provisions relevant to government finance
• Understanding of public financial systems
