🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Option 1:
- 12th Standard + Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years course)
- Registration as ‘A’ Grade Nurse with Maharashtra Nursing Council
Option 2:
- B.Sc. (Nursing) degree
- Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council
Option 3:
- Nursing “A” certificate
- 3 years experience in hospital
Option 4:
- Nursing Assistant Class III & above from Armed Forces
Additional Requirements:
- Essential: Basic Computer Knowledge (for patient data entry)
- Desirable: ICCU/Operation Theatre experience preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a recognized hospital
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Consolidated Payment: ₹24,234 + DA @246% (Pre-Revised)
Net Pay in Hand: ₹55,000 (approx.)
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on Walk-in Interview conducted at BARC Hospital, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.
Important Note for Selected Candidates:
- Medical Officer, Medical Specialist, Dental Officer, and Gynecologist must complete 10 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) before signing the contract
- OJT period will be unpaid
- Certificate from Officer-in-Charge is mandatory after completing OJT
