🎓 Educational Qualifications
Required: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in any of the following disciplines:
- Electronics / Electronics & Communication
- Electrical
- Computer Science
- Information Technology or related field
Degree must be from an AICTE/UGC-approved college or recognised university. Pass class is acceptable for all categories including General, OBC, EWS, and SC/ST.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant industrial experience as on 01 February 2026. Preferred experience includes IT Infrastructure Projects, IP Networking, Data Centre Projects, CCTV Projects, and IoT/Sensor-based Projects.
⚠️ Teaching, academic, research work, and internships are not counted as valid experience.
Desirable Skills: Experience in IP Networking and Helpdesk Management is an added advantage.
💰 Salary / Stipend Details (per month)

This is a contract role with a maximum tenure of 4 years, with yearly renewals and salary increments.

🎯 Selection Process
- Online Registration — Mandatory via Microsoft Office Form (18 Feb – 09 Mar 2026)
- Written Test — 85 marks for all eligible registered candidates
- Interview — 15 marks, conducted for candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio from Written Test
- Final Merit List — Published on the BEL official website
