🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
For Chief General Manager & General Manager Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (First Class) from a recognized university, OR
- CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA (Cost & Management Accountant), OR
- MBA from a reputed institution
For Deputy General Manager Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (First Class) or MBA, OR
- CA / CMA with relevant experience
For Manager & Assistant Manager Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Engineering, Commerce, Management), OR
- CA / CMA / MBA
Additional Requirements:
- Relevant work experience as specified for each position
- Proficiency in English and regional language(s)
- Computer knowledge essential
💰 Salary & Stipend Details (Per Month)
BEML offers competitive consolidated pay based on position level and qualifications:

⏳ Age Limit
- Chief General Manager: 45-51 years
- General Manager: 40-50 years
- Deputy General Manager: 35-45 years
- Manager: 30-40 years
- Assistant Manager: 25-35 years
Upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 years for reserved category candidates as per government rules.
