🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Supervisor (Electrical) – 5 Posts:

Essential Qualification:

  • Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR
  • Full-time Diploma in Electronics Engineering
  • From a recognized Institute/University

Minimum Marks:

  • 60% aggregate marks (for General/EWS/OBC candidates)
  • 50% aggregate marks (for SC/ST candidates)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronics field

For Supervisor (Civil) – 5 Posts:

Essential Qualification:

  • Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • From a recognized Institute/University

Minimum Marks:

  • 60% aggregate marks (for General/EWS/OBC candidates)
  • 50% aggregate marks (for SC/ST candidates)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering field

For Supervisor (Safety / HSE) – 13 Posts:

Essential Qualification:

  • Diploma in Engineering (any discipline)
  • PLUS
  • Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute

Minimum Marks:

  • 60% aggregate marks (for General/EWS/OBC candidates)
  • 50% aggregate marks (for SC/ST candidates)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Safety/HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) domain

General Requirements:

  • All diplomas must be full-time and from AICTE approved institutions or recognized universities
  • Relevant experience in the respective discipline is mandatory
  • Experience certificates from previous/current employers must be submitted

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Year Monthly Consolidated Salary
First Year ₹45,000/-
Second Year ₹48,000/-

Payment Terms:

  • Fixed monthly consolidated payment
  • No additional allowances like DA, HRA, etc.
  • Payment structure as per BHEL FTA norms

Note: This is a fixed-term contractual engagement, not a regular permanent position.


🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a 3-stage process:

Stage 1: Shortlisting Based on Qualification Marks

Candidates will be shortlisted based on:

  • Marks obtained in qualifying Diploma examination
  • Candidates with higher percentage will get preference
  • Number of shortlisted candidates will depend on the requirement

Stage 2: Personal Interview

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview
  • Interview will assess:
    • Technical knowledge in the respective discipline
    • Communication skills
    • Problem-solving ability
    • Relevant work experience
    • Suitability for the position

Interview Location: Will be communicated to shortlisted candidates


Stage 3: Document Verification

Selected candidates must produce original documents for verification:

  • Educational certificates
  • Mark sheets
  • Experience certificates
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Other relevant documents

Final Selection: Based on overall performance in interview and document verification, final selection list will be prepared.

📌 Important Instructions

General Guidelines:

Fixed Term Engagement: This is NOT a regular permanent job. Engagement is for 2 years or till project completion.

No Regularization: There is no provision for regularization or absorption in BHEL as a regular employee after completion of the contract period.

Work Location: Selected candidates may be posted at any BHEL Transmission Business Group location across India.

Working Hours: As per project requirements, candidates may need to work in shifts or extended hours.

Probation: There may be a probation period as per BHEL norms.

Medical Fitness:

  • Selected candidates must be medically fit as per BHEL standards
  • Medical examination will be conducted after selection
  • Candidates must pass the medical examination

Document Verification:
