Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized university:
- Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan)
- Master in Planning (M.Plan)
- Master in Town Planning
- Master in Regional Planning
- Master in Urban Planning

- Master in Country Planning
- Post Graduate Diploma Course in Remote Sensing and GIS (Specialization in Urban and Regional Studies)
- Any equivalent qualification recognized by the concerned authority

Selection will be based on Written Examination only (No Interview). The exam consists of:

- Backward Class (BC): 36.5%
- Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 34%
- SC/ST/Women/PwBD: 32%
Merit List Preparation:
- Based on total marks in written examination
- Tie-breaker: (1) Marks in Optional Paper → (2) Age (older candidate preferred) → (3) Name in Devanagari alphabetical order
Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in the written exam will be called for document verification. Final selection is subject to successful verification of all certificates and claims.
Important: No provision for re-evaluation or rechecking of answer sheets.

Step 2: Fill Application Form
- Login using OTR credentials
- Navigate to “Active Advertisements”

- Link Aadhaar (optional but recommended to avoid biometric fee)
Step 3: Payment
- Application Fee: ₹100/- (all categories)
- Biometric Fee: ₹200/- (if Aadhaar not linked)
