🎓 Educational Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
- Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board/institute
Equivalent Qualifications Accepted: The following are considered equivalent to Intermediate for this position:
- Maulvi Certificate
- ITI (2-year course certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT)
- Polytechnic (3-year engineering diploma)
Technical Qualification (Mandatory): ✅ Knowledge of shorthand in both Hindi and English ✅ Computer typing skills ✅ Computer basics / Word processing knowledge

💰 Salary Details (per month)
Pay Level: Level-4 as per 7th Pay Commission
Monthly Salary Range: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100/-

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be done through a comprehensive two-stage process:
Stage 1: Written Examination (Objective Type)
Exam Pattern:

A. Shorthand Test:
Hindi & English Dictation:
- Speed: 80 words per minute
- Duration: 4 minutes (+ 1 minute for preparation)
- Total words to be written: 320 words in sign script
- Correction time: 2 additional minutes
- Typing time: 20 minutes
B. Computer Typing Test:
Hindi Typing:
- Font: Mangal (Remington Gail Keyboard Layout)
- Speed: 30 words per minute
- Duration: 10 minutes
- Total words: 300 words
English Typing:
- Keyboard: UTF-8 (English US Layout)
- Speed: 30 words per minute

Error Limit:
- Shorthand: Maximum 10% error acceptable
- Typing: Maximum 1.5% error acceptable
Special Provision: Compensatory time will be given to benchmark disabled (visually impaired) candidates.
Final Merit List:
- Based on combined marks of written exam + preference marks (if any)
- Tie-breaker: General Studies marks → General Science & Mathematics marks → Age (older candidate preferred) → Alphabetical order (Devanagari script)
