💰 Salary & Remuneration (Per Month)

The salary structure for Assistant Manager is as follows:

During Probation Period (First 2 Years):

• Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,60,000 per month
• Starting Salary: Rs. 50,000/month (increases by 3% each year during probation)

After Probation Completion:

• Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,80,000 per month
• Increase: Rs. 10,000 additional pay after successful completion

Example: If you get ₹50,000 in first year, you’ll get ₹51,500 in second year (3% increase), and then ₹60,000 when you complete probation.

🎯 Selection Process

The selection process has multiple stages:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 90 Minutes

• Part A: General Knowledge including Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness
• Part B: Professional Knowledge specific to your engineering branch
• Your CBT score carries 80% weightage in final selection

Stage 2: Shortlisting

• Candidates are shortlisted based on CBT marks in a ratio of 1:3
