🎓 Educational Qualifications

Telecom Stream (95 Posts) Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree (regular, full-time) with minimum 60% marks in any of the following disciplines: Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant combinations.

Finance Stream (25 Posts) Candidates must hold a CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy) qualification.

Note: The degree must be from an Indian university/institute recognized by the Central/State Government or declared as a deemed university under UGC Act, 1956. The course must be completed on or before the closing date of application.

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale E-3: ₹24,900 – ₹50,500/month (pre-revised).

After successful completion of the 2-year probation period, they will be designated as Senior Executive (DR) in the same pay scale. During the probation, a structured training of 52 weeks is provided — 13 weeks common managerial, 13 weeks functional, and 26 weeks on-the-job training.

⚠️ Selected candidates must sign a bond of ₹9 Lakhs, committing to serve BSNL for at least 5 years.

🎯 Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) — Objective type, multiple choice
   • Part I: Aptitude (40 marks)
   • Part II: Technical/Professional Knowledge (160 marks)
   • Negative marking: +1 for correct, –0.25 for wrong
2. Normalization of marks if exam is held in multiple sessions
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination as per BSNL standards

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General/EWS: 40% in each part & 50% overall
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 35% in each part & 45% overall

3. Upload your scanned photo (20–50 KB) and signature (10–20 KB)
4. Pay the application fee online
5. Submit before 07 March 2026 (10:00 AM)
6. Use the editing window (08–15 March 2026) to correct selective fields if needed
7. Save/print your application for future reference

Government employees must produce a NOC at the time of document verification.
