🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Foreign Exchange Officer (50 Posts – Scale III):

Essential Qualification:

  • Full-time Graduation in any discipline from AICTE/UGC approved University/College

Mandatory Certification:

  • Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF)
  • This certification is compulsory and non-negotiable

Preferable Qualifications:

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • CA (Chartered Accountant)
  • MBA in relevant stream
  • CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers)
  • Certificate in Trade Finance
  • CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist)
  • CITF (Certified International Trade Finance)
  • NISM Certifications

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)
  • Out of 5 years, 3 years mandatory experience in:
    • Trade Finance, OR
    • Forex Operations, OR
    • IBU-Gift City
  • Must be currently working in forex domain, preferably in sales/business development

Not Eligible:

  • Candidates from NBFCs

For Marketing Officer (300 Posts – Scale I):

Essential Qualification:

  • Two years full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with major specialization in Marketing

Experience Required:

  • 2 years post-qualification experience in marketing domain
  • Out of 2 years, 1 year continuous experience in marketing in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) organization
  • Must be currently employed in marketing domain

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Foreign Exchange Officer (Senior Manager – Scale III):

Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – 2,680/5 – 99,320 – 2,980/2 – 1,05,280

Marketing Officer (Assistant Manager – Scale I):

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a 3-stage process:

Stage 1: Online Written Examination

Total Marks: 100 Duration: 60 minutes (Composite Time)

  • No negative marking for wrong answers

Stage 2: Personal Interview

Final score = (Written Exam Score × 0.70) + (Interview Score × 0.30)
