🎓 Educational Qualifications

Qualifications vary by position:

For Specialists:

• MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty (MD/MS/DNB)
• Registration with Chhattisgarh Medical Council mandatory
• Chhattisgarh domicile required

For Medical Officer:

• MBBS or BDS degree
• Registration with concerned council
• Chhattisgarh domicile required

For Staff Nurse:

• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
• OR B.Sc Nursing from recognized institution
• Registration with Chhattisgarh Nursing Council

For ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife):

• ANM Training from recognized institution
• Registration with concerned council
• Preference for trained Mitanin

For Pharmacist:

• 12th Pass + D.Pharma (2 years)
• OR B.Pharma degree
• Registration with Pharmacy Council

For Lab Technician:

• 12th (Science) + DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)
• OR B.Sc MLT degree

For X-ray Technician:

• 12th + Diploma in Radiography
• OR B.Sc Radiology/Radiography

For ECG Technician:

• 12th + ECG Technician Course/Diploma

For Data Entry Operator (DEO):

• 10+2 (12th Pass)
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry skills)

For Dresser:

• 8th Pass minimum
• Preference for 1-year dresser training course

For Ward Boy/Ward Aaya:

• 8th Pass from recognized board

Important: Chhattisgarh domicile + Kanker district residency required for priority (especially for lower posts).

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Note:

• Lump-sum monthly honorarium only
• No additional allowances (no DA, HRA, TA, medical, etc.)
• Purely temporary/contractual under DMFT

🎯 Selection Process

Selection based on 100 marks total:

• Academic Merit: 70 marks (based on educational qualifications)
• Interview/Written/Skill Test: 20 marks (minimum 30% required)
• Experience: 10 marks (2 marks per year, maximum 10 marks)

Additional Criteria:

• Document verification mandatory
• Priority to Kanker district residents (for support staff)
• Chhattisgarh domicile essential for all posts
• Reservation as per district roster
• Merit list published on notice board & website only

Step 2: Prepare Documents

1. Temporary Position: This is NOT a regular government job. Purely temporary under DMFT for 1 year (extendable).
2. Automatic Termination: Employment ends automatically if you get regular/contractual government job elsewhere.
3. One Month Notice: Either party can terminate with one month notice or pay.
4. No Additional Benefits: Only lump-sum honorarium. No DA, HRA, medical, pension, or other benefits.
5. CG Domicile Mandatory: Chhattisgarh domicile certificate essential for all posts.
6. Kanker Priority: Local Kanker residents get priority for support staff positions.
7. Registration Time Strict: 10 AM – 1 PM only. No late entries.
8. Multiple Posts: Can apply for multiple posts but need separate application for each.
9. Results on Website: Merit lists published only on notice board & www.kanker.gov.in
10. Final Authority: Collector & DMFT Committee/CMHO Kanker decision is final.
