🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Medical Officer Specialists:

• MBBS degree from MCI-recognized institute
• Post-Graduate degree or DNB or Diploma in your specialty (Medicine, Paediatrics, G&O, or Ophthalmology)
• Registration with West Bengal Medical Council

For Block Public Health Manager:

• B.Sc in Life Science + PG Degree/Diploma in Management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Desirable: M.Sc in Life Science with public health experience

For TBHV, NTEP:

• Graduate in Science
• Minimum 1 year experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker
• Preferential: Training course for MPW

For RMNCH+A Counselor:

• Graduation in Social Science
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, fluency in local languages
• 2 years experience in Health/Social Sector
• Preferential: Master’s in Social Science + 1 year counseling experience

The selection will be done through the following steps:

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting – Candidates will be ranked based on educational marks, PG qualification points, and work experience
2. Written Examination/Computer Test – Shortlisted candidates will take a written test or computer-based exam

4. Document Verification – Verification of original certificates and experience
5. Final Selection – Merit-based final list after all assessments
