Education Required:

You need ONE of the following combinations:

Option 1: ITI Route (Most Common)

• 10th standard pass with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks)
• PLUS ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution
• Example: 10th pass + ITI Fitter certificate

Option 2: Experience Route

• 10th standard pass with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks)
• PLUS 2 years of full-time experience as an apprentice trainee in the relevant trade from a recognized institution

Option 3: Work Experience Route

• 10th standard pass with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks)
• PLUS 3 years of work experience in the relevant trade in a government organization, PSU, or Autonomous Body
• Example: 3 years as a technician in a government factory

The recruitment follows a 2-Stage transparent selection process:

Stage 1: Trade Test (Qualifying)

Stage 2: Written Examination (Competitive)

• Computer-based or OMR objective-type paper

• Merit List: Prepared solely on marks obtained in Paper-II and Paper-III of written exam
• Selected candidates get final appointment
